Ben Arnon is currently CEO and Co-Founder of Color Farm Media, a multi-platform media company aimed at bringing more multicultural faces to multicultural audiences. Previously, Ben served as Vice President, Global Brand Partnerships for Wildfire Interactive, a Facebook-incubated tech startup that was acquired by Google in 2012. Ben spent 4 years at Google leading a sales organization.

Giving and volunteerism has always been critically important to Ben. Ben currently serves as a Mentor for the Techstars startup incubator programs in NYC and Los Angeles.  While at Google, Ben participated as a mentor in several organizations, including Citizen Schools. Through Citizen Schools, Ben worked closely with sixth graders at a school in East Harlem. Ben served as a mentor and team lead for their 'Shark Tank' program, in which the students spent 12 weeks learning about business planning. During the final week, the students journeyed to Google's NYC office where they pitched their businesses to Google executives.
